Please give a complete and accurate shipping address. AE Sports is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.
Open parcel delivery
You may open and inspect your parcel at the time of delivery.
Damaged in transit
If your bat arrives damaged, AE Sports will replace it after verification. Contact us with photos as soon as you receive it.
Urgent delivery
Urgent delivery is available on special request. Additional charges may apply — message us before ordering.
Customs and import duties
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer, as per the destination country’s regulations.
