Wrong product received
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a return or a full refund.
Damaged on arrival
If your parcel arrives damaged, AE Sports will provide a replacement or a full refund after verification.
Change of mind
If you want to return a bat because you changed your mind or simply prefer a different model, returns are accepted within the eligible period — but refunds are not available in this case. Return shipping and handling charges may apply.
Condition of returned items
To qualify for any return or replacement, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
